No. Partner status is one-way and sticky. Once you hit 25 active customers, your affiliate_level flips to partner, your direct rate locks at 15%, and the recruitment bonus stays active — forever. Even if your active count later drops to 12, you keep everything.
If someone signs up through your link and then themselves enables the affiliate program, they're linked to you as their parent. From that moment forward, every commission they earn triggers an additional 5% to you as recruitment bonus. 1 level only — if THEY then recruit someone, you don't earn on that. Math ceiling: a payment never pays more than 15% total to the network (10% to the affiliate + 5% to you).
Yes. The bonus only fires when your affiliate_level = 'partner'. Affiliates can recruit people, but only get the 5% kicker once they themselves cross the 25-customer threshold.
