Each subscription is tied to a single website. If you wish to use Epicurus One for multiple websites, a separate subscription is required for each site.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle). We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of each new billing period.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your Epicurus One account settings. Changes to your plan take effect according to Stripe's standard billing practices.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused time on a subscription, or months where you did not use the Service. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
You retain full ownership of all content generated by Epicurus One on your behalf, including AI-generated articles and AI-generated images. Once created, these materials are yours to use, modify, publish, and distribute as you see fit. We do not claim any ownership rights over content generated for you through the Service.
While Epicurus One generates content using advanced AI models, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, require factual verification, or need editorial refinement. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published on your website. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
You retain ownership of all data, information, and materials you provide to the Service, including your website content, business profile information, and WordPress credentials. By providing this data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
The Epicurus One platform, including its software, algorithms, user interface, design, branding, trademarks, and documentation, is and remains our exclusive intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Service as described herein.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not made any payments, our maximum liability shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50.00).

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page in your Epicurus One dashboard. Upon deletion, your access to the Service will be revoked immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have an active subscription, canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epicurus One operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
